It’s official. Rocklyn Homes has launched their new website! With the support of Rearview and marketing partner AtlantaNewHomesDirectory (ANHD), they are building their mark in Atlanta.
Rearview was chosen to create the site in part because of their experience with new home builder websites, affordability, and their experience with integrating ANHD content. The easy to navigate site contains company information, community details, and a blog for fresh information.
Asked where they see Rocklyn Homes in a year, VP of Sales and Marketing Mike Rosenberg said “I see Rocklyn Homes as a thriving builder building in top notch communities in great locations. I would love to see us building 150-200 homes in a year.”
Way to go on the new site everyone!

The sound of new home construction is music to the ears of Michelle Jenkins, owner of Rocklyn Homes, Atlanta’s latest builder to throw its hat into the ring of new home construction in the metro-Atlanta market.
Recently, Jenkins, the daughter of Winmark Homes founder, David Jenkins was interviewed by 30-year broadcast news veteran, Pete Combs of WSB 750 AM for a series he is doing on starting a business in the worst of times.
Combs caught up with Jenkins and Rocklyn Homes’ senior vice president, Mike Rosenberg at Champions Run, a family-friendly community of single-family homes in Suwanee.
Combs wasted no time asking Jenkins and Rosenberg their reason for entering the Atlanta building landscape during this housing downturn.
“We realized that there were pockets all over the state that had a huge downward shift in price lots,” said Jenkins. (To hear the interview click here).
Homes at Champions Run are priced from the mid $200s and range in size from 2,900 to 3,700 square feet. Plans include three to six-bedroom options. Basements are also available on some home sites as well.
Residents at Champions Run benefit from numerous amenities including an Olympic swimming pool with mushroom water feature, tennis courts and community playground. There is also a neighborhood clubhouse that can be rented for social occasions and parties that includes an outdoor fireplace.
Children that live in Rocklyn Homes’ Champions Run attend the nationally recognized schools of Settles Bridge Elementary, Riverwatch Middle and Lambert High schools.
