Rocklyn Homes Announces Launch in Atlanta

Woman-owned company begins building at Champions Run

ATLANTA –Rocklyn Homes, Atlanta’s newest homebuilder announces that it has begun construction at Champions Run in Forsyth County.

Owned by Michelle Jenkins, the daughter of Winmark Homes’ founder, David Jenkins, Rocklyn Homes has assembled an award winning management team with over one hundred years of combined experience.

“From building on expertise of leaders in the building sciences to top residential designers to joining with individuals who have excelled in achieving top honors in customer care, Rocklyn has created a winning formula,” said Mike Rosenberg, senior vice president at Rocklyn Homes. “We are excited to enter the Atlanta landscape. Our promise to our customer is to always deliver the quality, value, and reliability that make a Rocklyn Home a home you’ll feel good in today and tomorrow.”

Champions Run, located in the heart of Suwanee, is a family-friendly community of single-family homes priced from the mid $200’s. It’s proximity to Lake Lanier, the North Georgia Mountains,  nationally recognized school system and numerous shopping and dining venues makes this a highly desirable location.

Plans being offered range from 2,900 to 3,700 square feet and include three to six-bedroom options. Basement options are available on some home sites in the community as well.

Homes will offer an array of luxurious features, including three-sided brick, gourmet kitchens; granite countertops (still think we need a little more here).

In addition to its ideal location and elegant homes, residents at Champions Run benefit from numerous amenities including an Olympic swimming pool with mushroom water feature, tennis courts and community playground. There is also a neighborhood clubhouse that can be rented for social occasions and parties that includes an outdoor fireplace.

Children that live in Rocklyn Homes’ Champions Run will attend the nationally recognized schools of Settles Bridge Elementary, Riverwatch Middle and South Forsyth High schools.

To visit Champions Run, take 400 North to Exit 13 (Highway 141) and turn right. Travel approximately three miles to Sharon Road and turn left. Sharon Road turns into Old Atlanta Road. Turn left onto James Burgess Road, and the community is just ahead on the right. For more information, call Patty Atkinson at 770-844-8101.
