The excitement was in the air as Rocklyn Homes gathered together at the 36th Annual OBIE Awards held on November 12th, 2016 at the Atlanta Marriott Marquis hosted by the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association and the Atlanta Sales and Marketing Council. The OBIE Awards recognizes outstanding achievements and excellence in new home building, marketing, remodeling and personal achievement. Rocklyn Homes brought home celebrated the night with FOUR Gold Awards and TWO Silver awards.
Awards are given to recognize outstanding achievement in new home building, marketing, remodeling and personal achievement categories. The Sales and Marketing Council of the HBA presents the annual OBIE Awards every November. OBIE Award recipients stand out among their peers and are recognized for their outstanding achievements.

Silver Awards Included: Best Building Design – Attached Model (All Builders) $199,999 and under for the Highpoint model at Paxton Landing and Best TV Spot – It’s How You Want to Live, It’s Where You Want to Live” for Caswell Overlook.
