The Atlanta Sales and Marketing Council of the Greater Atlanta Homebuilders Association has launched an innovative awards program designed to recognize and reward outstanding sales achievement within the new homes industry. The Atlanta SMC Top Rung Club recognizes outstanding achievement in quarterly sales volume by new home sale professionals for new home production. Winners are recognized at a quarterly SMC event and will receive a Top Rung award and gift certificate. Categories available to enter in Multifamily and Single Family Categories: Individual Closed Sales Volume, Team Closed Sales Volume, Individual Units Closed and Team Units Closed.
