OBIE Awards

The Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association and the Atlanta Sales and Marketing Council recognizes outstanding achievements and excellence in new home building, marketing, remodeling and personal achievement. The Sales and Marketing Council of the HBA presents the annual OBIE Awards every November. OBIE Award recipients stand out among their peers and are recognized for their outstanding achievements.

SMC Top Rung Awards

The Atlanta Sales and Marketing Council of the Greater Atlanta Homebuilders Association recognizes and rewards outstanding sales achievement within the new homes industry. The “Atlanta SMC Top Rung Club” recognizes outstanding achievement in quarterly sales volume by new home sales professionals for new home production in Multifamily and Single Family Categories: Individual Closed Sales Volume, Team Closed Sales Volume, Individual Units Closed and Team Units Closed.
