Summary:
The Customer Care Representative is responsible for managing homes under warranty and representing the company to homeowners. At Rocklyn Homes, Customer Care is a priority and a representative must be excited to help customers, have great communication and problem solving skills, be patient, empathetic and have a positive disposition.
Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls
- Identify immediate needs of homeowners
- Build positive working relationships with homeowners and trade partners
- Handle complaints with a positive attitude and provide solutions based on standards
- Create and manage schedules of field staff and trade partners
- Record and maintain homeowner files
- Problem solve and troubleshoot to resolve concerns
Candidate Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of Construction standards and methods preferred
- Minimum of two years of customer service experience
- Positive, professional demeanor with the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships
- Superior communication skills and the ability to speak professionally with confidence
- Advanced computer literacy
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time efficiently
- Collaborative team player
