Customer Care Representative
Summary:
Responsible for representing the company to homeowners. Conduct homeowner walk-throughs using set guidelines and good judgment, input service orders and manage subcontractors during repairs.
Responsibilities Include:
- Conduct Customer Care inspections with homeowners
- Organize and prioritize written lists of warrantable items to be completed
- Schedule trade partners to do repairs and supervise trade partners during repairs
- Verify completion of work by trade partners
- Coordinate all work with office and other field personnel
- Record and maintain homeowner files
- Assign accountability for expenses while managing budgets
Candidate Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two years of customer service experience
- Minimum one year construction experience
- Positive, professional demeanor with the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships
- Superior communication skills
- Basic computer skills required
